Wasted my time. Specifically told them this is a small project to repair a section. Made sure they do this prior to coming out. Get here and say have a couple thousand dollar minimum and my job is way under this. wasted my entire day. I told the guy I specifically asked and let them know this was a very small job, he told me " we come out anyway to try and talk you into a larger job and redo your entire fence". I say this is BS and they wasted my time , he tells me "the owner doesn't care about your time, just wants to get your money". what a load of c*** don't waste your time with this typical south Florida shady company

Three years ago I hired them to replace two fences in my home. At that time, they were great. I made the MAJOR mistake thinking good service in past meant the same today. Fast forward to April 2023. I hired them, gave them a $1700 deposit and money to deal with my ***. They pulled a permit before getting *** approval. After a few weeks of trying to negotiate with the **** the fence application was denied. I sent multiple emails to try to find out what was happening. When I finally go the owner **** on the phone, she assured me she would give me refund, minus the fees paid to the city (which seemed reasonable). That was over a month ago. Since then, I've called at least 10 times, sent at least 10 emails, and even spoke to another person, **** I believe, who also assured me he would get it resolved. That was 10 days ago. The last straw was calling on Monday and expressing to the person who answered how frustrating this was. He again assured us **** was "reviewing" the situation. SILENCE.While it states on the back of the contract, deposits are not refundable, We did NOT cancel this contract. The *** would not approve it. Sure, they have the right technically to keep our money without doing any work, but do you want to hire someone who would do so?I have to swallow a $1700 ******* I hope you don't make the same mistake. If you have an **** PLEASE learn from my mistake and hire somebody else.
