    COMPANY INSTALLED GUTTERS IN 2020 AND THERE ARE AREAS THAT ARE CORRODING. WARRANTY SPECIFIES THAT THEY ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR MATERIAL AND LABOR FOR 20 YEARS: 1. Except as otherwise required by law, Rain Shield Gutters Corp warrants that only its New Installation will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2(two)years for labor and 20(twenty) years for material from the date of completion of the installation.THEY INITIALLY TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER WHICH I DID AND THEY DENIED IT. NOW NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

    We have been in constant communication with the customer since day one regarding their concerns. While the damage to the gutters appears to be due to the a cleaning product used and not related to our work, we are actively working with the manufacturer to determine if they can cover the damage.


    We remain committed to assisting the customer and will continue to provide updates as we work toward a resolution.
