    March 15,2023 I carried my **** ***** *** ******** * ******* to them because it would not start. I explained it could be a carburetor problem but nothing serious. I asked them to change the oil and replace the brake wire on the right handbrake. They required a $331. deposit which I had no problem with since I had done business with them a several years ago and found them fair and honest.( Found out after this incident that it might be under a different ownership). Three weeks after leaving the 4 wheeler I asked for a status report and they had determined it needed a stator and were having trouble finding one. Two weeks later they located a loose wire therefore wouldn’t need a stator. Three weeks later would need a wiring harness. Then they called saying the stator was bad and they wouldn’t need the wiring harness. The stator which would cost $189 and to install it the bill would be $1100 plus, but doesn’t include the other things I had asked them to do. I advised them not to do anything I would pick up my *** that afternoon. They asked me if I could pick it up the next day because they had it disassembled and they wanted to put it back together. I advised them not to put it back together that I was on my way. (I immediately picked it up which only included the exterior housing cover and bolts which hold it on. The engine was not disassembled.)Bottomline is they charged me $651.20 And did not fix anything including the maintenance items listed by me. (Invoice #****)

    I brought bike in because it would not run this company stated it was the wiring they did that and starter solenoid to fix the bike.When I went to pick it up it will not atsrt or run the same as when I brought it in.All this information is documented on there paperwork.
