    Great opener and really good customer service. I bought my opener 2 years ago and it worked great. When a branch fell and hit my control box, their tech support called me back the same day I called and walked me through all possible repairs. I ended up buying a new circuit board, but only because it was just past the warranty date. Good company with very responsive customer service.

    Poor customer service. No one answers the phone! Order not complete and I cannot get anyone to respond! Looking to send all this garbage back and not waiting for the remaining items not delivered, even though the email confirmation said it was complete.

    I would have given them a 0 if it was an option. Can't get a live person and on hold forever and hung up. My time is valuable too. If you try to schedule a call back, you will probably have to wait a month. Is this a 1 person company. Wish I had bought a ***********. Don't waste your time or money on these people. They're a joke!!!

    Paid almost $1000 for ghost gate opener and needed tech support because remote would not work. Tech support had me on line for 16 min before they ended call. I listened 4 more times for the great reviews for ghost and I got the same response. NONE Can't talk to anyone just listen to recordings. Regardless of their claims of warrantee, when you can't get to speak to anyone what good is a warrantee? I'm 82 years old and thought getting a solar gate opener would provide me some security. Does anyone know how to get to talk with a live person at Ghost that can help?

    We bought a Ghost Controls gate opener 6 years ago and have not had any problems with it. As with any battery operated item you have to replace the batteries from time to time but the gate opener works well. After having a *********************** that failed repeatedly we were happy to find a good dependable gate opener. Their customer service is very good when you need it.************
