    Shamrock Cleaners lost 3 of my husbands suits on February 2, 2024 during the middle of Floridas Legislative Session. We have been trying to connect with them about the problem since the suits went missing. It is now the end of May and they still will not respond to our inquiries or make a resolution for the lost items and inconvenience.I would NOT recommend Shamrock Cleaners to anyone! We understand that mistakes happen but the fact that they will not acknowledge their mistake and make the situation right is not acceptable! Instead they and actively avoid us- worst customer service EVER!

    ************************ was a valued customer and a valued route customer of **********************.  Which means they receive complimentary pickup and delivery of their dry cleaning and laundry. 
    On February 2nd 2024 our van went to the **** residence to pickup and laundry  / dry cleaning that the Ochss had for us.  The route van arrived at 8:00 am and there was no bags present and our driver departed without taking possession of any garments from the ****.  Later ************* contacted us stating that they had not received their order back.  We did our research and determined and communicated that we did not pickup any garments from the Ochss.  ************* followed up with our store manager and stated that they had a picture from a Fedx delivery that showed their Fedx delivery and their laundry bags at their residence at 11:00 am. 
    Our route driver follows a predetermined route for pickups and deliveries.  As we were at the residence at 8:00 am and there was no bag present we proceeded on the route and did not return.  Shamrock Cleaners never took possession of the garments from the ****. 
    Our store manager did all necessary research and investigation as well as spoke to and expressed empathy for the situation because its truly an unfortunate situation.
    We value all of our customers and we value and appreciate the ****. 
    We do not know what happened after we left the **** residence or what happened after 11:00am during the time of the Fedx delivery. 
    As we care for our customers and are a reputable business and partner to the community we attempt to do whatever we can within reason the accommodate our customers. 
    Although we never took possession of the garments and  the garments were outside of the residence 3 hours after our route van left,  we appreciate the patronage from the **** we would be happy to provide them with a check for $150.00.     

    Thank you so much for this opportunity provide some background on this issue and allowing us to assist the **** financially in this matter.

    In October or November of 2021 I brought in a white king sized bed coverlet/comforter to be cleaned. The charge for cleaning was $30. When I picked it up, it was in a nice plastic zippered bag with mesh on the ends. I typically store bedding in plastic when not in use and I have never had an issue. I have used this cleaner for many years and did not expect an issue. I kept it in my closet for several months while redoing my bedroom. When I took it out it was discolored with yellow stained all over it and it had mold on it. It also did not fit my bed. It had been shrunk drastically. I called them to let them know and they pulled it up in the computer to see when I brought it in. ***** told me to bring it in and they would do their best to correct the issues but if they could not, there would be other options for me. ***** never called me back when she promised and it took a while to reach her. She was evasive. I finally reached her today, 11/11/2022 and she told I would need to pick it up when a manager was in store. I asked if the issues were handled and she told me I would need to speak with the manager. The manager/partner told me it look better but the issues were still there. I asked about the shrinking and her reply was they do not shrink things ever. She was holding what Shamrock shrunk. It was in great condition when I dropped it off, only a couple of pin head sized spots. They were still there too. She refused any other options and I left it with the cleaners because they totally ruined it. I would like to be refunded the cleaning fee and be reimbursed for the damage they did to my coverlet.

    As Ms ***** stated, Ms ***** presented Shamrock cleaners with her item in November of 2021.  The garment was professionally cleaned and presented back to Ms. ***** in November of 2021.  And has been in Ms ***** possession since that time.

    Ms ***** stated that her garment was stained Shamrock Cleaners recleaned the garment for free. 
    Ms. ***** stated the garment had shrunk.  The garment was cleaned as per the manufacture’s care label.  Neither party measured the item prior to or post cleaning.  Additionally the item was out of our passion / control for over a year.
    Given the above captioned items Shamrock Cleaners cannot be held liable for an item out of our passion for over 12 months.
    In the interest of being a good business provider we would be happy to refund the cost of cleaning and additionally provide Ms. ***** with a check for $30.00 as a token of good faith.
