    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have not received any type of correspondence from the provider.  They do have my direct contact information because they request contact confirmation, via text, prior to all appointments.  However, I have not received a text, call, or email.

    to me. I have since not returned to elite DNA due to fear of being overdosed or miss, diagnosed by the nurse practitioner that they have on staff. Due to the fact that, I was in properly medicated by the individuals at Elite DNA I would like a full refund in the amount of $455. I would also like for them to be held responsible for the hospital bills I incurred while dealing with the medical issues I went through after seeking mental health help from Elite DNA. The only person that I saw was **** ******** and I feel like she should be held accountable for overmedicating her patient. This could’ve ended in a suicide had I not had the help from *********** ******** ******** and the staff there.
