    I paid an application fee for a place and the place was taken offline a couple of hours later so I emailed them for my money back cuz I never got a call or response from anyone about the property I was looking at. They send me a bogus email about I was denied cuz of my credit like this place is even worth an hard inquiry on anyone credit. But u denied me and took my application fee without even returning my calls or even talking to me. This place is bad business and need to be shut down, they already did fools wrong one time before in *********** and not its happening again. This was not meant for me cuz Ive never been denied by any place but them in my life and I feel like they did that to take my money cuz it was only hours later which is sad.

    ************** completed an application for our community through our online portal. Our credit evaluation process, is one of the many factors we consider when reviewing applications. All applications for our community consist of a background and a "soft" credit screening provided by a third party company, ******. It is essential for us to ensure that we make informed decisions that are fair to all applicants. The ****** report is reviewed and processed by the application team according to fair housing guidelines. If a denial decision was determined on an application, the applicant receives and email with the details concerning the denial and the contact information for ******, should they have a dispute. The FAQ's on our website, www.ahamhp.com, provides valuable information concerning our application fees and process. We appreciate the time and effort that it takes to complete an application, and we understand the disappointment that comes along with denial. All applicants are always welcome to reapply 6 months.Thank you
