I would love to start by saying that the customer service I received even before meeting the movers was absolutely amazing. From the same day I requested an estimate, I received a prompt and professional call that made me feel confident in trusting them with both my personal and business items. It was between this company and another, but their professionalism and care stood out right away.They made the entire moving process feel comfortable and stress-free. They even offered extra supplies like boxes if I needed them, which was a thoughtful touch. Leading up to the move, I had quite a few questions (this was my first time using movers), and every time I called, I was treated with patience and kindness never once did I feel like I was being a bother.On top of that, when my apartment complex unexpectedly moved me to a unit with an extra flight of stairs, they worked with me without any hesitation or issues. The movers themselves were punctual, funny, careful, and very trustworthy. Watching them handle my items, you could genuinely tell they take pride in their work and have great *********** a single woman, I appreciated how safe and comfortable I felt with them. From the office staff to the movers, everything about this company shows genuine professionalism and care.10/10 would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Since my initial contact with Experienced Movers I have reserved them two additional times. ******* and his team have always provided nothing less than exceptional service. Terrible moving company. This guy left my things in the rains. He had no respect for my property ??. Never hire this company only if you want your thing just thrown on the back of a truck without packing properly ??. His is a arrogant s.o.b. late coming to move me and gets mad because he didn't want to do his job. I hope he loses his business. Bab.baf business.Experienced Movers, LLC

5 starsI have worked with Experienced Movers on three (3) occasions and have been very pleased with their service. I have enlisted their help to move and store a large supply of office furnishings and other equipment, and have found the service rendered to be professional, efficient, and affordable.
