    Today spoke to young lady, who was very kind and very helpful. She went in very specific details with me on why I couldn't get a loan and if I take care of my debt to call her back and she will her best to help me. I didn't want to the resources she offered, I truly appreciate her help and explaining to me why I can't get a loan at the moment. Give *******. B a raise please.

    These people are scam artist, filled out application twice, said I was accepted to call one loan place to finalize, their not even the lender, When asked the girl hung up, these people should go straight to jail, thieves which I classify with child molesters

    Call for a loan and representative transferred me to another division to get bullied into a credit repair company without any more information about my loan application. This company is a scam. They are not a loan company just liars.

Your credit is on the lower end of the provided acceptable range that *** translate into less than ideal terms. We asked you if you wanted to have your credit reviewed but this does not affect your loan options. Please check your spam folder. Email providers often will take a new email source with any reference to loans and send them to spam. The application will need to be checked on your side for accuracy in terms of the data you provided if any changes have occurred. Please fill out this application if you still want the loan.     went to apply for a $7500 loan and didn't get to finish it because their application wouldn't accept my work phone number and tried 8 times to call back and got disconnected all 8 times with a girl laughing in the phone sounded like she ran to the phone and was out of breath and talking in another language other than English. Extremely unprofessional and the worse service that I've experienced so I'll look elsewhere and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

    I am sorry you feel this way, your income and loan request were very reasonable and you should have received an offer from our application. When you were turned down we recommended a credit review before applying again. I would still recommend you do that. You don't need to do this with us but something is preventing you from receiving a loan and it needs to be identified. That process is free with some companies and under $15 with others. We don't do that work but we see the value there. I am here if you wish to discuss this. Just call and ask for a manager. I have tracked your application to myself and researched your file. We talk to about ***** people a day and many have the same challenges you are experiencing but I we care about each individual. Please call and I will do whatever I can to help you.

    Like many of the reviews. I was stated I was approved and then transferred to a credit repair company asking for monthly money to fix my credit after telling me lies that wasnt on my report. To me Credit Karma wasnt accurate, but after pulling my report the percentage was accurate but the information wasnt. So confusing. Id explained how their company was during things backwards in my eyes. I needed the loan company to help me in my consolidation but instead they forwarded me to a company that wanted to take money from me monthly putting me more behind in debt. It doesnt make sense. I will never call OneLoan again for assistance.
