TNA is a criminal operation, testified by their overwhelmingly negagive online reviews with a ****** rating of 2. I'm 82 with numerous health issues including problems with balance, eye sight, and dementia, living on Social Security. TNA called Wed 10/16/2024 and left a message for me to confirm my upcoming Mon appointment, but due to my dementia I often forget to check my phone. Yet rather than logically interpreting my lack of confirmation as a sign that I was not coming on Mon, this greedy office conveniently kept the appointment despite the FACT that my son also left them a vm that Fri 10/18 to cancel the following Mon appointment because I had a cold. Yet this slothful egotistical office is closed EVERY Friday and too cheap to hire an answering service. Lacking all compassion, rude, arrogant, selfish office manager ****** (the name of a satanic alcoholic spirit), demanded we pay a $50 cancellation fee, falsely claiming our Fri cancellation was "same day" because they refuse to check their phone messages on workday Fridays or on weekends, an illegal ploy to steal $ from patients. Had these "people" shown compassion, we'd have rescheduled, but instead they lost a client for life, a fatal symptom of the same legalistic myopia of pride-blinded Satan misthinking he could outsmart Omniscience. These implacable, punitive, short-sighted demons will be greatly ashamed for abusing & exploiting the sick, aged and poor. A medical office. What a farce. Their lives & livelihood are a lie from which they'ill soon awake with great regret, shame and gnashing of teeth. They sent us an illegal bill for $50. Greed stops them from checking their phone messages on Fridays even if they don't come into the office, whence they'd know that my "slot" had opened and they could slot another patient, if they cared about helping someone who needed that appointment. We demand they remove our "bill." We're filing complaints with ***, ******* ******** ******* & every ******* *****.
