      I have been a customer of ********************** for over 10 years. My security system has needed repair numerous times and causes the panel to beep 5 times every 6 minutes when it has an issue. Safetouch made sure to remove the option to silence the beeps from the app in order to force customers to need a service visit. When I requested to stop monitoring and stopping the $52 monthly charge, they said I would need to submit a written request. I responded with, if I stop the automatic charge after Ive requested for you to stop charging me will that work? Their response was up until it goes into collections because we wont stop attempting to charge ***** in essence what theyre saying is we manipulated the app to force you to need us and pay us for a service visit and we wont let you stop service billing unless you jump through hoops while we continue to charge you Just like a bad contract with a health club that just wont let you quit

      For the security of our customers, we do require cancelation notices to be submitted via mail or email. It is true that billing will continue otherwise. We have not manipulated the app in a way to intentionally inconvenience customers. We have a warranty which covers system malfunction repair at no cost. If the system has an issue which is causing it to beep, we would like to repair it. We apologize that this has caused an inconvenience to you and have had a supervisor reach out to you.

      They refuse to close my account after a number of years of service. They are still charging me each month for a service I do not want. I have been trying to close this account since June of 2023 but they dismiss my request I needed to stop my service for financial reasons but they are heartless and uncaring

      We did not receive your cancelation notice and required a past due amount to be settled before closing the account. We have since received notice and payment, and closed your account.

      Tech was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and willing to assist with any and all questions. Tech explained the benefits and features of the equipment we purchase. I would definitely recommend Safetouch based on service!
