    My husband has had the most horrible experience here. We rented 3 storage units here. The employees love on the property, manager has an approached him drunk harassing him and banging on his bay door yelling gibberish. He was also not given notice of his belongings being auctioned off and the manager cant provide proof of any certified mail being sent to our address. There were also a couple of incidents where she gave people our home address. We requested corporate or whomever was in charge contact info but would alway be given the run around. The manager demanded payment so that my husband could retrieve the rest of his belongings we informed her that we wouldnt make it until after business hours she wouldnt let us come the following morning when I arrived with payment she insisted that I pay her outside of the business and that she couldnt give me a receipt until the following morning but I wasnt comfortable with paying her cash with no receipt so I requested at the least a hand written one. When we entered the office her boyfriend was there asking why I was coming into the office and it made me uncomfortable. So all and I I will never recommend anyone use Storage Zone.
