      Date of Transaction: January 6/2025 Amount Paid: $6,953.21 Deposit for general generator Business Commitment: Sale and installation of a General Generator. The above amount is a deposit for 1/2 of the total cost. Nature of Dispute: The company failed to respond to my repeated phone calls and emails. I recently discovered that the company has gone out of business and was possibly in the process of going out of business at the time they sold me the generator they have not tried to resolve problem. I would like a full refund. I do not have supporting documents because at the time I made this purchase, Jared Falgien told me that they computers were temporarily down because the company was in the process of updating their system. ***** **** **** ** . I am 76 years old, and this situation might possibly be considered Elder Abuse

      I am so very thankful for the help you have given me.  I never received any communication at all from Generator Supercenter of Tallahassee. However, thanks to your persistent effort, I have finally received a refund check - just a check, no apology, explanation or anything.

      9-23 Contracted for generator ***** Installation started Electrician resigned when it was discovered that no permits were pulled leaving a hole in the wall of my house. 2 or 3 electricians came out but chose not to work for Supercenter ***** ******* ***** started work with supercenter but was not able to get my job completed.***** I Contacted Supercenter corporate and they were able to get my project going again.1-24 an electrician was hired and tasked with finishing my project. He appeared to be short on skill and had problems with members of the Town of Havana Utilities and with the inspector from **************. It came close to a physical confrontation.1-24 The installation was completed but a junction box was (and still is) mounted crooked on the wall. The inspector came out to the house and stated that the workmanship was poor and asked me if I wanted him to fail the inspection. I spoke to ******* *****, and we decided that it would be better not to have that particular electrician come back out. I agreed to wait until there was a new electrician hired. That electrician was fired.11-24 I called Supercenter and discovered that ******* ***** wasn't working there anymore. I spoke to *** ******* (the owner). He said that he planned to have an electrician out to fix the job in January 2025.2-25 I contacted ***, and he said he was working on it.3-25 Kam would not answer my calls, so I called corporate. They tried to get Kam to call me but were unsuccessful. They (*** *********) advised that they passed the problem up the corporate chain. I want the installation corrected.
