I reject the response because I do not have two accounts with the **********************. The address 4915 there is a different family living there. I am not sure how the association mixed this up. I need an explanation on how this was a mix up.

**************** residing at *********************************** to you that she is being unfairly billed by us.  We responded that her account is up to date until March 31. She has again submitted a statement belonging to her neighbor who in fact owes $200:
    *****. ******* Valdez, Adolto

We cannot discuss her neighbor's account with her unless we have proper authorization.  We are asking that you close this unfounded complaint, as it is causing a wasteful use of our limited resources.

    Hello everyone

I did not want any information about my neighbors. If the letter was put in their mailbox they would have my information. So, I do not want to know about this being a waste of time and to close the case. This is not my error that they put both our names together. How can you make a mistake like that. Seems to be a problem in their paperwork.   I want my $71 over amount credit on my next payment. Until then the case is open.

    This is really a concern.
