    Purchased a hot dog roller with shield for son birthday party. When putting together it appeared to be previously used and one of screws that hold the shield in place stripped and could not use shield went ahead an used the roller since the space we rented had no other way of heating the hot dogs when reached out to ************** wanted me to do all the hauling to return and since used only wanted to get back less than 50% it was expensive and I was suppose to get a new product I refused that since one it's heavy and I would have to haul to return and two loose a lot of money for and item that shouldn't have been used or damaged to begin with

    This customer placed an order for a hot dog roller on January 14th through Amazon and we received an email from them on January 28 asking for some options to resolve an issue. However, Amazon has a policy that whenever we communicate with one of their customers, that we do so through their messaging system. Because of that policy we responded asking the customer to please contact us through their Amazon order page so we could further assist.
    We are very sorry to hear about the trouble with the screw, but we were happy to hear that the machine was still able to be used at the party. If the customer still has the packaging, they can return the unit to us, we would be happy to take a look and get the s**** issue fully resolved for them. Alternatively, we would be willing to offer a 30% discount for their troubles if they wanted to keep the machine. Either way, we do hope everyone had a great time at the party, and hope that the partial refund might help compensate for some of the aggravation. 
    So sorry again that we let you down.
