      I had purchased 2 full beds, 3 rugs, 2 mattresses on May 20, 2022 on my son's birthday. We moved into a new home and we need the furniture for our both children. Premium delivery was paid with the disposal of wrapping material and installation. The bed panel rails were missing and are on backorder until 2023 wich you can't assemble the bed without it.The delivery guys left everything in the hallway of our home and left giving the store an excuse that the home was being built.We called the store immediately and we need this furniture to be picked up as soon as possible, we want to cancel all backorder furniture and we want a full refund without any re-stocking fee or delivery to take it back.I have called again and there is no answer, please help me so I can go to a real decent store and buy my children their bedrooms again.

      We apologize for the issues the customer has experienced with their order. Our team is aware of the delays the vendor has put on the furniture and the inconvenience its causing our customers. The customer has a pick-up scheduled for 7/21/2022 to have the 2 drawer nightstands, headboard and footboard picked up from their home. (Credit memo ******) . Once the items are picked up we will reach out to our accounting team to have the funds released. We have also reached out to the sales team to have the remaining items that were on Backorder these items were canceled on 7/18/2022(credit memo ******) for the ***** beige area rug, *********************** area rug, **** Viscose rug, and the two rails for the Rio bed. We spoke to the customer today to confirm the pick-up and the cancelation of the invoice.
