    I live in a ******* ** complex that uses Prime Pac Doors for Garage door repairs. My garage door was not working properly, every couple of days the door wouldn't not open ( with any of the remotes) only with the wall ( wired) clicker. The Prime Pac Door employee came to the house and guess what, it was working but I told him that this happens every couple of days , not always. He tested the remote several times completely ignoring what I just told him ( THAT IN THAT MOMENT IT WAS WORKING FINE BUT IS AN INTERMINENT FAILURE) he says that there is nothing he can do, that is working fine, technically calling me a liar. Now, the garage door only open manually, and we cant even lock it. Completely a safety hazard because it has access to my home. The guy came with an attitude like he didn't wanted to work that day, did the minimum effort to check for the problem and totally ignored what I told him, totally unprofessional.Conclusion:If you need some Garage door related work, Please find a more professional company that actually fix your problem instead of leaving it like that and the problem become even worst

    Excellent, quick service. Replaced my garage door opener controller and configured my existing remotes to use the new controller. He was very pleasant and professional.
