  From our initial contact with ****** the service was excellent. The design process was easy, the installation was quick and efficient. The crews were on time, polite and worked full days. The final product looks spectacular. I would recommend Ross services for any pool or patio projects.

  Ross services exceeded my expectations with my pool, patio, and drive way remodel for both my current and my previous home. They showed up when they said they would, worked full days, and completed the job efficiently. Workers left everything nice and clean. Would highly recommend them for all your outdoor remodel needs.

  DONT USE THIS COMPANY!Ross Services resurfaced our pool and installed a new deck in 2020. One year later, I called them back out because our pool had spots were cracks and holes formed in the diamond brite. It seems as though the bond coat did not hold. Ross Services said they needed to drain the pool, chisel out the problem areas and ********** brite those areas. It took 3 different crews over a months time. By then more than 60% of the pool had been chiseled out. I walked the pool and found many hollow spots that had not been chiseled out. I took pictures and videos. ***** with Ross services, was very difficult to deal with during the install and then during the repair process. I had lost my patience with him and demanded that the entire pool be chiseled out so that it can be re-done the correct way. I was concerned that the areas that had not been chiseled out were going to pose problems in the near future. Plus I had found several areas they hadnt chiseled out that felt hollow when you knocked on them. He said that, it would cost too much and also come out of his pocket to completely chisel out the pool and do the repair. I just couldnt wrap my head around the fact that Ross Services had messed up the resurfacing and werent willing to fix the problem the correct way. It took 3 months of waiting and frustration for Ross Services to complete the job. Fast forward two years and we are experiencing the same problems. I noticed back in Nov-Dec 2023 we had a severe crack (14 inches long) in the deep end of our pool. The crack is now the size of a hole you can put your fist through. There are a few other areas where cracks and ridges in the diamond brite have formed. Im so hesitant to call them back but thats probably where Ill start. ********************* was nice to work with but ***** was horrible to deal with. Use another company! DO NOT use Ross Services!

  Ross Services is dynamic company. **** and his team listen to a client's needs and then fulfill them. No drama, just ease. Amazing communication with the installation. There wasn't a problem, ever. And the results? Let's just say that my neighbors are jealous and will be contacting him shortly.

  This company resurfaced my pool and pool deck pavers on 11/18/2021, I paid over $23,000 and less than two years, there are cracks in the diamond brite and pieces have fallen off my pool leaving exposed concrete in my pool . The company sent one of their own and he actually stated that the pool work looks faulty and that he would try to explain it for them to fix it without charging me. The owner never called or Communicated with me of any expense To fix the pool, yet he sent someone out to fix the pool and right before commencing the work, the guy asked if I knew what they were charging and I replied no, he stated the amount and I absolutely said no. He left and the pool continues to deteriorate. I called the owner who is still not getting back with an amicable solution. This pool company was paid a lot of money and the work was not done properly. This resurfacing should have lasted 10 years or more not less than two years! Horrible quality, non responsive and now wants us to pay thousands of dollars again for a job that was already paid. I dont recommend this Company obviously!
