    When this company came out to fix my AC they broke it worse which caused my electric bill to be 5 times higher than it normally is and then was too busy to come and fix their mistake. This cost me over 1k in damages. I ended up paying two service fees as well as 3 months of higher electric bills.

    I understand your concern but as i explained on the phone there was nothing we did about *********** that would result in what you are claiming. TECO power company just issued large rate increases across the board and due to that you bill will be much higher. Sorry we could not see eye to eye on this. I wish you the best.
