    Unit was installed by company and under warranty. Unit stopped cooling, called company so warranty was not voided. Tech replaced conductor and said I would be responsible for service call no charge for parts ($15-$20 conductor) due to unit still under warranty. Company website stated service calls were $149 + tax. When I received invoice, service call was $300+ over double the amount. I inquired about invoice and was told price changed to $199 two years ago and I was being charged 2 service calls for 1 visit (part was on hand). It was explained, due to processing time for part to be delivered from manufacture visit would be considered 2 visits. Instead of honoring the $149 + tax, the company quickly updated website to reflect $199 + tax for service calls. I refused to pay double the amount, followed up with company again and invoice was modified to $199 + tax. Company has been false advertising on website, and possibly overcharging customers for last 2 years..... Did not have a good experience, will never use again.
