Clean Recovery put me out in in a homeless shelter when my insurance was up. They gave me one week's notice and offered me no help at all with my aftercare. They would not even give me one day of medication to take with me. Casey the director of the psychological Department told me I was a grown woman and I could find after care myself. Jennifer C, the case manager told me she would "set me up with the homeless shelter". Not one phone number not one suggestion, nothing. They also say that they will support you with any Court Arrangements that need to be made and assist you so that you can take care of legal obligations. It couldn't be further from the truth. Due to their negligence I ended up with a warrant because they would not allow me to go and they would not provide me transportation. I also have a medical condition that requires a doctor on the outside. I was approved to see the doctor but Jennifer's words to me were "yes you were approved I just didnt make you an appointment yet". Then she kept putting me off until she could say "well you're leaving next week anyway". She had a month to make the arrangements. Please if you are considering going here and you need anything besides a roof and meetings, be warned. You will be told that you will get support until you actually need it. Then they will shut the door on you. They will do nothing to help you upon discharge so make sure you have your plans made in advance. Mind you, they knew I came into treatment from being homeless and homeless is how they are leaving me. Good luck to all!
