One of the employees came up to my front door. I went out and confronted the employee and asked if they needed anything. The employee said no. I said is there a reason why you came to my front door. They said they did not come to my front door. I said I have you on video and you walked all the way up to my front door and back down. They said it wasnt them. I showed them the video on my phone and they still denied. Contacted their office and the office is just incompetent as the employee himself higher that takes ownership in their management and their employees and have employees that are not compulsive liars. I will link a video to show the culprit being a liar and deceitful .

      Business Response

      Date: 07/24/2024

      Hello,

On behalf of our company we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort ********************** might have felt. We were contracted by the condominium association to service the parking lot of the property. All the residents were notified in advance of such work to advise them of potential workers and machinery in the area during the day which could cause an inconvenience. ********************** did confront one of our workers whom does not share the same first language as him. After asking him about his appearance on his camera he was unable to understand the question. Had he been able to understand the question being asked he would of stated that due to the heat he was seeking shade and didnt realize he would be making anyone uncomfortable. After the situation arised ********************** proceeded to question another worker who unfortunately spoke broken English and was not much help. He did contact our office and the on duty supervisor who helped clarify the misunderstanding but ********************** was not content. We expressed our apologies for the inconvenience and asked him if he would like to notify the ***************** of such occurrence we would understand. With the notice sent out and our contracted work we had to continue our service contract. Our worker who caused the reason for the complaint has since then been reminded of keeping a respectful distance of homes and has learned how important it is for him to learn the common spoken language of English. We are a latino owned company who wants to help our community and those in need of work who might be faced with a language barrier in other job opportunities. We hope this further clarifies the misunderstanding between both parties and rest assure the language barrier is something we are working on with our staff.
