    I went to *************************** on August 3rd to have my tires balanced. I paid extra because they said that the road force balance was more accurate. The service advisor placed the blame for the balancing issue on the tires and said I had flat spots on the tires even though I had less than ***** of wear on these tires.After the balancing job was completed, on August 3rd, the shaking was worse than before I brought my car to ******** so I scheduled a return visit on August 15th. On my second visit, they balanced my tires for a second time and the technician, who was the same person that did the balancing the first time, said they were out of balance when I arrived which shouldn't have been the case had he done it correctly the first time. After they balanced my tires for a second time on August 15th, they confirmed that their 1st balance job was off. Before leaving, they stated that they made it much better but said if it wasn't satisfactory, they recommended I replace all the tires which were virtually brand new to begin with. I couldn't accept the explanation that the tires are that bad or need to be replaced because I didn't have any issues with them before bringing my car to them for a standard **************** so I immediately went to ***************** ******** for a 2nd opinion and paid to have the tires rebalanced. The store manager brought me over to their balancing machine to show me that three of the four tires that had just been balanced at ******** less than hour before, were way out of balance so I had them fixed and then test drove the car. Immediately, upon leaving ***************** and driving the car on the highway, I could feel the balancing was now virtually perfect which means either the technician at ******** was no good at balancing tires or their balancing machine is not calibrated properly or a combination of both. Either way, they messed up and I want a full refund of the $174.02 because ******** didn't get it right either time.
