    My complaint is with ********************* and his company Elite Automotive Repair.On 11/16/2023 diagnosed my problem with my car and gave me an estimate of the cost for repair. I agreed and set up the appointment.2 things I didn't bring up was the ***** charge when it says ***** on web site and later I felt annoyed that he spent an hour there with 45 min on the phone with another customer.So the ***** gets deducted from the final bill but here is problem. He never finish the job. He walk out after two hours.He came back 11/18, late but no problem he kept in contact and said he was stuck on another job.No problem, do your thing. I'm going back inside and finish watching football. Knock on the door if you need anything.Some time later I heard him trying to crank the engine, over and and over and over. It sounded same as before. I went to investigate. He told me he wasn't done. He had made a mistake or something of that nature and all the while he's laughing.Now I'm facing a ******************* of ******. I didn't see any humor. My only derogatory remark was "I'm glad you think it's so funny". I just wanted him to do his job and fix the problem then I went back to the TV.Next thing I know he has backed up and is leaving. He tells my wife he didn't care for my attitude. He put the broken parts back on the car and left.Real professional.
