    I am rejecting this response because: As shown in this email chain the owner admits to having my iPad, and the store manager can attest to my paying the bill on my first pickup, and that the transaction would be recorded on my corporate account.  The store manager can also attest to how many times that this unit was dropped off and picked up and to being given a refurb unit that also was broken.

    A repair was purchased from batteries plus located at ********************************************* in the amount of $199.99. This repair was proposed for a iPhone 13 pro *** back glass replacement. Upon dropping off my phone on December 26. We were advised that we could come back and pick up the phone in two hours. My phone was not ready and took until today December 29 to be returned to me. After numerous complaints and questions in regards to the status of my phone it was later determined that this company had totally remove the internal components and computer system of my phone and had it in about 50 pieces and instead of only replacing a back glass, they replace the entire housing and body of my phone. this all was done without consulting me or educating me on this process to allow me to make the decision and determination on if this was acceptable. The changes that were made resulted in the integrity of my phone, waterproof Ness air tightness structural soundness as well as the camera quality all being compromised and no longer functional in the capacity of which it was prior to being dropped off with batteries plus. At the time that my phone was dropped off it had a cosmetic flaw with cracked glass on the back of the phone that no way compromised the functionality of my phone. I was advised that I had an international iPhone and therefore the parts for it were different. I consulted with Apple after receiving my phone back on December 29 and Apple advised that the replacement product that they used was not acceptable quality nor was it required , and that my phone would not function long-term based on the product that was used is not of an acceptable standard to adequately function with my phone as it no longer has the The Corning Gorilla Glass with DX and Corning Gorilla Glass with DX+ to allow professional-grade image capture or the advanced optical performance, superior scratch resistance, and durability it had prior to Batteries Plus making unauthorized services.

    Batteries Plus is an active participant to the WISE industry standard for repair (*******************************************) This is very similar to the *** for the Automotive repair industry. Just as in the Auto industry all of our parts Meet and or Exceed the *** specifications. The only difference is the patented logo's which are propriety to their respective Brands ie ************************** etc). 

    Batteries Plus is the largest Aftermarket repair facility in the US. We provide Service for Allstate, Assurant and are the Largest Provider of warranty and non warranty repair for ******* devices. **** ****** states in her claim that we used Sub-Par parts in our repair. This is simply not the case as we use *** spec parts in all repairs. ***************** also states that her device is no longer water proof. There are NO phones that are WATER PROOF even from the factory. Even in the manufactures disclaimer it states, the phones a water resistant, avoid your phone in water as it can cause severe damage to the phone. No phone that has been serviced with either the *** manufactures and or aftermarket repair facilities are 100% back as produced from the factory. *** manufactures use the same tools and equipment that WISE certified facilities use.  Mrs. ******* husband and ****** were informed of the difference prior to service being performed. Simply stated it just does not have an APPLE logo on the part and that is under Copyright laws of use from anyone but APPLE.  ***** and our team performed a function test when the phone was picked up as per our company policy and WISE standards. At the time of pick up the phone was and is functioning as promised. The phone carries our 6 month warranty on parts defect as well. The warranty does not cover additional damage caused by the customer.

    At this time we would not be inclined to replace the phone as it is working as discussed prior to the repair being completed. The phone was severely damaged incoming and is repaired to WISE standards currently. I cannot speak into what APPLE may or may not be stating.
