      We bought a hot tub in November when the hot tub was delivered, we had issues with the install of the hot tub cover holder. we filled up the hot tub, didnt see any problems emptying day and had to clean it because we were having a few issues with the chemical balance so we had to actually get in and wipe down some of the soap and scum from the inside of the hot tub. Thats when we realized after the second cleaning you do a cleaning every 3 to 4 months so we didnt one didnt catch it the first time but at the second time Notified the company immediately got pushed to the side no response no response were taking it to the warranty company now all the sudden Robertsons is saying that we had to do some thing unless we were ice-skating in a hot tub. I find it very hard to believe that their skin is going to take out chunks out of the hot tub and make the waterfall stop working and the biggest thing that I am really upset about. We were told the hot tub is new brand new and it came repaired. You can see in the bottom of the hot tub where they tried to fix a nether hole obviously that they caught and didnt catch the other ones when they sold it to us used in the hot tub says year 2021 and we bought it in November 2023 so this hot tub is definitely **** to be used theyre saying its not, but you cant tell me that theres chunks missing and its been repaired and its a brand new hot tub. This is totally fraudulent in my eyes.

      The basis of our complaint: 1. Defective, dangerous product - We received a defective spa, with 3 separate, distinct defects. Co-owner (*****************************) is refusing to take return of the merchandise and refund our money.2. Return/refund policy never disclosed - We were never advised that returns/refunds were not available. We could not find this information on the website. The invoice does not state this either. 3. Fraudulent sales tactics electrical specs were not properly disclosed prior to purchase despite numerous questions on the matter. NOTE: Our electrical specs EXCEED what was discussed prior to purchase and MEET the specs in the owners manual we received AFTER purchase. Details:We purchased a spa from Robertson Billiard Supplies, *** on 6/26/2022. We placed a $500 deposit on 6/26/2022, then my brother (*****************************) paid the balance of $6,486.43 over the phone (Invoice 60856-B). We paid an additional $213.92 for the handrail and some chemicals on 7/6/2022. We experienced three separate, distinct defects. Two defects resulted in cloudy water issues and the last defect was an electrical fire hazard when the spa melted our outlet. We have had numerous communications with the dealer (Robertson's) and the spa manufacturer (Strong Spa), but have not received a refund. Due to the numerous and dangerous nature of the defects, we do not feel safe and will not plug the spa back in at our residence. Therefore, we are seeking a refund of $7200.35 (break-down: $6986.43 ($500 deposit, $6486.43 invoice), $213.92 handrail).See supporting documents attached.
