    My daughter made a appointment online and went to get service they gave her a different amount than they originally told her it would be. They sent her email saying they were refunding her and she paid two separate ways, The refunded her one but not the other which just so happened to be the higher amount, Called numerous times and it was supposed to be getting excalated to higher management and getting a call back within 48 hours well it's been weeks again and no call no nothing. This is unexceptable practices and no matter what should have reached out and made this situation right, on top of they have funding and ways to help teens from getting pregnant "So they claim" and claim to help teens yet they did the opposite and have not rectified this situation at all we have the email stating she is due a refund as they already sent one but not the other one. We want this handled immediately. They will not return my calls or anything now
