      By far the absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had with any company.We ordered plantation shutters from Zingas in October of 2024 OVER 6 MONTHS AGO and STILL do not have the right shutters.When we ordered them we were told 4-6 weeks. 12 weeks later they arrived and were not correct. One was too small and the other ones did not match the style on the order form.They said they would expedite the reorder. After a month we started reaching out to them again. They outsource production and take absolutely no responsibility. Finally after multiple,multiple texts and phone calls we were told that they would be on the next truck arriving in mid March of 2025.We hadn't heard anything so I reached out again in early April and was told "any day". I then received a text today (4/15/2025) indicating that they would not be installed any time soon. SO BAD.I know it's only window treatments, but there are so many other options out there. Save yourself the aggravation and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.They also require a 75% deposit up front and would not consider a refund even though 4 months later the remade shutters weren't even made yet.(t

      Hi Tom, We are so very sorry that the shutters on your order were made incorrectly and are delayed. We try our best to ensure everything is perfect at the initial install and we don't often have such delays. We know this is frustrating and we are doing everything we can to get the shutters corrected and installed. I see that you provided some dates in April and we are trying to move some things around on our end to get you scheduled. Our team is reaching out to offer you a new date and we are hoping this will work out. If we cannot find a date that works for you before you leave town, we can promise you will be first priority when you return to FL.

      I reached out based on a realtors recommendation. Met either sales picked style blinds and framing. Waited approx 6 weeks, only to have them installed with incorrect frame. I was not notified that the style framing I desired could not be done with our mounting preference. So I communicated with them for weeks, NO financial consideration in the balance. I believe the balance should have been adjusted. Zingas did not budge on this point. So we paid the balance. Fast forward a year, got a call from a collection agency at 430pm on a friday telling me I owed Zingas $2700.00!!!!!!!That if I did not resolve this at this time they were sending to credit bureau!! I tried to call zinga Gina, not answering phone, I left messages no call back. Left messages never a call back . I told the collection agency this was paid in full. Then i get another call the following tuesday while on business travel that this was still outstanding! So again no answer at Zinga no call back.. So I found my paid invoice from Zinga and texted it to the collection company, still no call back. I called collection agency today to be told it is resolved and that is all I need to focus on!!!!!! Really after the aggravation I went through!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH ZINGAS….HORRIBLE

      Terrible business. I've been waiting 15 weeks for 4 simple plantation shutters. Quoted 6-10 weeks This place is a joke. Go with 7-day blinds or any other company.

      Pad Zinga’s blinds is the worst company I did business with they will not refund my money on a cancellation of over $2000. They want to charge me 350.00 for cancel I never heard of anything like this. This is in a 12 hour period this company I would never buy I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

      ****11/06/2023 Today Ive got my full order installed by amazing professionals *** and *****, thank you.Special Thank You to ********************* who was very patient when I was choosing blinds, shades, drapes for the whole house. Management did a great job, especially ******, who provided me with great service.Order was placed on 08/22/2023.
