      Beautiful, very high quality products but absolutely terrible customer service. No response ever to emails and to messages through website. Because of this I will stop ordering their beautiful planners after enjoying them for many years.

      If you want these products buy them from Amazon or Staples and not directly from the company. The product was not to my liking plus it was different than the picture on line. They do not take returns. At least Amazon takes returns when you buy the wrong thing. I will never purchase anything directly from Emily Ley. What a bunch of hype and frivolity.
