      We hired Bellator Development LLC, ****************, to perform renovation work on our house. **************** accepted an initial payment. This money was to go towards the purchase of materials, demolition work in a bathroom, and installation of a new shower. He then took a check for cabinets and countertops. He did purchase and deliver the materials for a shower. He/his project manager arranged for the demolition work and installation of the shower. However, shortly after delivering the shower tile and receiving the next check, **************** stopped appearing, and, essentially, cut off contact with **, then, stopped contacting the project manager. We did not receive cabinets or countertops from him. We would like an accounting of the funds paid to ****************, of Bellator Development, LLC, and would like a refund of the funds paid for the purchase of cabinets and countertops that were not received. We would also like this complaint to serve as a fraud warning to others looking for contractors to perform work on their house. They did not fulfill their contract and should not be hired as they are likely to take the money and disappear.Thank you for your time concerning this matter.
