Based on reviews on their website i contacted the business to tint my car's window. Upon arrival i was informed that this would require moving the window up and down. The workmen arrived at my house at 4:33 and finished at 6:10pm. I was informed at that time that the battery has died. Prior to their arrival there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the car's battery!!! I am so angry right now and the nonchalant attitude response to my question as to how this could have happened is the part that irritated and still grinds my gear. The person also said that this is a routine issue that he has observed during window tinting and proceeded to blame the age of my car/battery. Also the question asked of me is why I DID NOT HAVE A JUMPER CABLE?! If this is a common expectation and they are the ones with the expertise in the subject matter why were they not prepared and I the customer has to be the one to anticipate that the battery would be completely drained?I was supposed to be out of the house at 7:10pm for my religious worship but I am not able to use the car. I have contacted AAA roadside assistance for help. If they are not able to jump start the car I will not be able to go to work either. I will definately not be recommending this company to anyone I know.

I as the owner went and tinted the car. Her car is a 2008. As we tinted her car everything went well. We had to turn the car on several times. Customer has a week battery in car. We tinted every window for her as she asked.  When we got done we told her that the car is dead and needs to be jumped. We have no jumper cables but a jump box. The jump box we have was dead. We try to keep our jump box charged for customers with week batteries.  However , we did try jumping her car for her twice.  We are window tinters not mechanics. I also asked her if she had jumper cables so I can jump her car with our van. We didn't want to leave her with a dead battery. The owner told us she will call triple AAA. AAA a will jump start her car for her. We said ok. We run into customers many times with week batteries.  That's why we carry a jump box with us to help all customers.  In this case, our own jump box was dead as well from the prior customer having a battery 4 year old battery as well. The customer paid us for the job we did and we parted ways.

I do feel bad for her car battery to go dead as we tinted her car. That's why we have to turn the car on and keep it running at certain times. We did that and the car still died. It's not are responsibility to buy a customer a batteries that's week. Are job is to tint the car. As to what we did and a great job is what we strive for. New battery and new tint is great.
