    I regret to say my experience with this establishment is deeply unsatisfactory due to miscommunication and blatant lack of respect for myself, my child and past employees (who truly were great/honest employees). My child is enrolled in the after school program. I appreciate Ms. ******** ********************* great *************************** from these wonderful employees. However, the Director(consistently disingenuous to incidents) not so great. There should be no reason any employee is being told to not communicate to the parent of a child that their child has been bullied and/or called racist slur by another child. I was not clearly notified the 1st time this incident occurred. Unfortunately, I found out through my own child and another employee who no longer work for this company. Im constantly being notified on required registration forms but not for incidents with my child? Fast forward most recent incident on 2/13/24 my child was playing in the gym and his arm was stepped on. He told the filling in teacher (current college student) what happened & she asked do you want to sit down? He said yes and proceeded to sit (still injured).I pick my child up I could tell something was bothering him because he wasnt speaking. He tell me what happened once in the car. I turn to see his arm is swollen. I drive back to the center and ask that teacher why I wasnt notified and why he wasnt given ice. Her response was I didnt think he was hurt. Are you serious!? The leaders in place are a joke! The director response to that incident was well we only document injuries to the head . Huh!? I pay too much as a community parent to keep having these issues occur due to the lack of care.The miscommunication and disregard for the concerns of my ************** has left me deeply disappointed. I would caution others against patronizing this establishment until meaningful steps are taken to address these issues and cultivate a more respectful and inclusive environment.
