    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against ****************************, located at ***************************************, regarding their failure to process my repeated cancellation requests and their continued billing despite my attempts to terminate my subscription.For multiple months, I have contacted Route4Me through both email and their website, requesting the cancellation of my subscription. Despite my repeated efforts, I have not received confirmation of the cancellation, and they continue to send me bills. This practice is unacceptable, and I believe it constitutes unfair business practices.Additionally, I was charged $300 on my credit card for a service I did not authorize. I am requesting that Route4Me either issue me a full refund for this charge.I have attached a copy of my most recent cancellation request for your reference. Given the lack of response from Route4Me, I am requesting the BBBs assistance in ensuring that:**** subscription is canceled immediately.2.I receive written confirmation of the cancellation.3.Any outstanding or unjust charges are removed.4.Route4Me issues me a $300 refund 5.Route4Me updates its policies to prevent similar issues for other customers.I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to your prompt response. Please let me know if you require any further information.

    Route4Me takes customer concerns seriously. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by ****** ***** and would like to clarify the actions taken regarding Mr. ****** account. Mr. ***** requested cancellation on February 28, 2025, and our team acknowledged his request in writing. After numerous attempts to reach him by phone and email, he was formally notified in writing that his subscription was successfully canceled with access to the account remaining active until the end date of his subscription. No additional charges were ever applied beyond the prepaid period. Moreover, we have no record of an unauthorized $300 charge. However, we remain open to reviewing any supporting documentation he can provide. Route4Me acted in good faith, ensuring multiple communication touchpoints and a transparent cancellation process. We remain willing to address any remaining concerns directly with Mr. ***** and to working with him again should he wish to use our services as he did for many years.
