    *** completed a job of installing six-panel doors, trim, and three closet bi-pass doors. The Final invoice price was $8,322.35. We paid a total of $9,572.35 (a $1,250 over payment) in three credit-card payments. On 1/27, ATI received $1,250. On 2/11, ATI received $2,500; on 2/24, ATI received $5822.35. In a conversation with *******************, manager, I asked him to apply the overpayment toward a garage repair. I took his willingness to hold the overpayment as an indication that he planned to at least provide an estimate of the work.Despite phone calls, text messages, voice messages, and a certified return-receipt request letter to **************, he has not responded. His voice mail is full and has been full since 9/9/2022, which is when the answering service sent me to his voice mail.I want the $1,250 returned to me.Please note, we have done about $100,000 worth of business with ATi Services since 2017. When the business was sold to *************************** *************) with whom I have left a message, I did not expect ***'s complete lack of follow-through.ATi has $1,250 in over payment for a completed job. I want the overpayment returned. An apology would be nice; however, given their current business practices, it is not expected.

    To Whom It May ****************************** ********************************* am no longer the owner and operator of this business. ATi Services of Tampa was sold on December 31, 2021. I called the BBB three weeks ago after receiving the first email and gave the lady answering the phone call the name of the new owner and contact information. I will do that again here. When I owned and ran this business our reputation and business ethics were perfection.

    *************************** is the NEW owner of ATi.................Cell Phone ************

    I am rejecting this response because: it is the previous owner providing the correct contact information. FYI the current owner, ***************************, promised to refund the money. In September he said he would put the money back to my credit card. In October he said he had done so. No funds have appeared. He makes commitments to refund the $1250, and has failed to follow through.

    I wonder who else he is cheating.

    ****************************;

    Sincerely,
