    I purchased Enrolled Agent exam test prep material for $384.90 from Wiseguides on November 16, 2023. I then received access to this online test prep material only to realize the material is outdated. I am needing the study material for tax year 2023 and what they gave me is for tax year 2022. This means that the study material cannot be used and would lead to a failed exam due to incorrect information. I have tried emailing and calling the company multiples times without being able to talk to anyone and without receiving any calls or emails in response. Please note that there was no choice to be made on what tax year to buy, it's simply one pack of study materials, which I assumed like most, would be the updated version of the material. I would either like a refund for this outdated study material or the updated study material itself.

    I have left 5 voicemails and emailed Wiseguildes 4 times over the last two months. They have not responded. I have used them for 20+years, but a few years back they updated my account and gave me a new sign in credentials. When I went to renew my license I was informed no CPEs credits had been reported since 2019, I immedately tried to contact Wiseguildes and I continue to try contacting them with no responce. My license is not getting issued until I resolve it but I can't get anyone to email or call.

    I purchased the EA review and have not heard from them beyond an automated email. They do not answer the phone, I have called 3 times and the "dial your extension at any time" is no possible. I have also tried to contact them via email, still no answer. I believe they are a fraudulent company just trying to take advantage of people wanting affordable EA review. It seems that they offer no customer service even though the reviews say they have excellent customer service which leads me to question their other claims about their "service". The "service" is digital content, which they seem to not be able to offer access to. I am contacting my ******************* and requesting a refund as Wiseguides is a questionable company to deal with.
