    We discontinued using this company for our credit card processing as of 6/30/2022. A monthly fee of $74.95 was taken out the following month which I called about and was assured it was a mistake and would be corrected. The fee has still been taken out each month since. I have called every month, I have called and spoke with the *************************** multiple times also with ************ would be fixed. I have text him on multiple occasions which he was very responsive to at first and now they go unanswered and I have been blocked (the messages now deliver as "text messages" instead of imessages. I have called into customer service multiple times and they will bounce me to ****************** who says I need to call them. It seems nobody can fix the problems that they themselves are causing. I called today off of our business alternate line and ****************** answered the phone and was dismissive, short, and as usual lately, not helpful and borderline rude. I have e-mailed and attached pictures of the fee continuing to be drafted from my checking account for services that are no longer being provided. I would have previously recommended this company as they has provided us years are great service but as soon as that relationship was terminated it's been a nightmare. Also just so people are aware, when we first dissolved this partnership with them they did not deposit the final totals into my bank account. Calling in to resolve, I was informed that they had refunded all of the customers the payments due to the end of our partnership and I would have to reprocess all of those payments by calling each customer OR this company was going to give me individual card numbers to each payment and let me do this WITHOUT contacting the customer (which I refused). Luckily one of our employees had made a payment on her account that day and her money was never refunded. After calling in AGAIN and proving to them that this was untrue, ONLY THEN did they put the money into out account.
