      I purchased Rims from RimTyme located ********************************************* about a month ago. Ive constantly had to bring my vehicle back every week for TMP issues. The last time was last Wednesday 5/14. They told me again for the 5 or 6th time it was fixed. I drove home never moved my car until today Friday 5/16. And to my surprise as i drove the whole tire came off the rim causing me to almost get hit on I285. The tire burst. I had to call a tow and buy a new tire just to get to RimTyme. I asked for my original tires back and a reimbursement which i was told no to and that there was no one I can contact. I have videos and pictures of all encounters

      Started leasing rims and tires from the local location ... for a total of ******** if I pay off within ***************************************************************************************************** a rush as they had my car all day from open to close and I was on lunch ... I noticed that the membership that they added not telling me I would be charged for was almost ***** a month... and I start reading what's covered and what isn't and I realized that my rims and tires wouldn't be covered with said membership. So before I made my next payment I asked about having it removed because per the contract I don't have to have it on there... I was told that if I removed it I would have to have some hazard thing which is only like 3 dollars cheaper a month... I think that's c*** and there is no other number or person I can reach other than local location and they have lied about to much already including damages done to my stock rims they took off my car and now in order to sale those I would have to replace one of them ... it wasn't like that before they took them off my car and now it is... doesn't help that the kid doing my rims was allover the place not knowing which way he needed to go and then they don't even put the tire pressure monitors on the new tires... so I have had dash lights on and they want another 50 or more to put some on and that's just for the labor and they want me to bring my old rims to take them off of instead of doing new ones and I was told that day that they had put new ones on my car ... it's location needs help and I like my rims but I will not tell anyone to go there if I find my rims somewhere else I'll probably return these...

      Rimtyme agrees to delete the Club Membership from customer's Lease Agreement, however, because there must be coverage on rental merchandise per company policy, the Liability Damage Waiver would then have to be part of the Lease Agreement.  Customer can contact store at any time to schedule a day to come into the store and sign off on the Waiver.  Rimtyme in no way caused any damage to customer's factory wheels.  ******************** will agree to swap out customer's tire sensors free of charge in order to ****** good will.  It is our sincere hope that customer will choose to do business with ******************** in the future.

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like to know the cost of the waiver that you are stating that I will have to have instead... and how would can you be so sure that my rim was not damaged by the location here..? I do have pictures of the car right before I put the rims on it and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the rims.. I will have to get by where they are stored at in order to get pictures of the damage.. and who do I need to speak with in regards to the sensors being installed at no cost...

      It is unfortunate that **************** has rejected our response to her complaint.  To answer her additional questions, the cost of the Required Monthly Waiver is $43.28 each month.  The Waiver is Non- Negotiable, if **************** wishes to continue leasing the wheels and tires.

      We are certain that no damage was done to ******************* factory wheels because the camera footage has been reviewed and her factory wheels were returned to her in the same condition that she bought them in at.

      **************** can speak with *************************** ************* about setting up an appointment to sign off on the Required Liability Waiver and have her sensors installed free of charge as a courtesy.

      If **************** still feels "slighted" she can return the rims and the tires at any time.

      My daughters tire had a blowout on her graduation day and I Called to RimTyme in ************** to check and see if they had a specific tire, sales person says yes they have it. Drive 45 minutes to pick up the tire right before they closed at 5. Sales rep took the tire and put it in my car while I paid for the tire. Once I took the car to the shop we noticed RimTyme gave us the incorrect size tire. They were closed on Sunday so I called Monday morning. Rep acknowledged giving the wrong size but stated that there will be no refund for a brand new tire that we can not use. Thats unacceptable. What is a random person supposed to do with a tire they cant use? No ones helping me even though this is their mistake. I asked for a 20 and was given a 22 This is absurd!

      Roughly 3 weeks ago almost 4 I came to rimtyme to get some tint put on my car. The employee ** said he did tint there and I could come on. A friend and I drove to rimtyme EJ put tint on my car and it was horrible. ** advised me that it would take 3 days to adhere but that if it wasn't right he would redo it. The third day was Sunday and I said yes it needs to be re-done. For now almost a month I have been given the run around. So I finally said just give me a refund. You have botched up my tint you keep lying about correcting the error and now I need a refund. ** agreed but again kept me at bay lying about not having it or that rimtyme didn't pay him. I eventually went to Blue, the manager on ************ in ********** ******* and was told that ** is not supposed to do tint on the property and that he would be written up and as I was showing him the gaps from the horrible cut job etc ** walked up. **** told him that this is a problem and he needed to make it right. I even said, so that it could all me over, to refund me 90 dollars. ** agreed and again stood me up. Finally he said I have 75 dollars to give you on Friday the 20th I said you know what ok. Once again I was stood up and not refunded any monies. I advised him that now I wanted a full refund or I was seeking further assistance. ** said he was under the umbrella of rimtyme doing this tint. He has brought such a bad light to this company. All I want now is my 175 dollars that I paid this man to do my tint. I would definitely not refer anyone to this company. This company allows this man to conduct this tint business on their property and when it goes bad they want no dealings with it. I have had to pay double to get the bad tint removed and new tint put on. My end goal at this level is for a full 175 dollar refund and EJ to no longer be employed at rimtyme. That way he can't do this to someone else under the umbrella of this company thank you in advance for any assistance afforded me in my quest.

      Rimtyme does not do Window Tint. Rimtyme sells Custom Wheels and Tires.  If consumer made some sort of side deal with an employee,  it was unknown to and unauthorized by Rimtyme.

      On August 31, 2022, I purchased rims in the amount of $3,457.42, the rims were not received until Sept. 23, 2022. The rims were installed that evening, but I experienced vibration when driving and returned the next day, Sept. 24, 2023, rims were removed and adjusted and I was told all should be okay. The next day, the vibration still existed and was actually worse, so I returned on Sept. 26th, en route to the facility, my left front tire came off the axel which was broken. When analyzed by the tow company, it was revealed that the lug nuts were stripped and axel broke, the front left rim was also damaged. Vehicle was towed to Rimtyme, they said I needed hub rings. They ordered the rings, but I was without a vehicle, so on Sept 30th, they gave me a set of loaner rims. I traveled to MS, but still had the vibration, so I took my vehicle to the *** dealership, it was shared that my axel had been put on incorrectly and that my entire front driver-side axel was damaged. I conveyed this to RimTyme, the repair was covered by them; however, I was still waiting on the rims that was ordered. Since the rims did not come in, the manager *************************************, offered to give me a set of new rims. The new rims were chipping, so I returned and was told I would get two new rims to replace the damaged ones. After waiting 4 months, I returned, the employees handling my case had been fired and a new manager was on site. He understanding my frustration gave me the area manager's name, ****, whom I called and left a message. I have yet to hear from anyone on the resolution of my case.

      *** getting rip off paying to much for rims and being over charge for rims I paid over ***** and my principle is not coming down

      On October 14, 2022 ****************** was in our ******** ** store as a return customer. At that time he leased 1 Luxx tire and 4 brand new rims. Per the Lease Agreement that is attached:  His 120 day payoff would have been a total of $1,555.96 had he paid off the tire and the rims by February 11, 2023.  ****************** failed to do this.  Thereby the entire term of his lease became due. ****************** notified our store a few weeks ago that he would no longer make payments on his due date, but rather when he chose to.  This past Saturday April 29, 2023 ***************** texted our Credit Manager an expletive laced text stating he was out of the state and that  the store would have to accept whatever he chooses to pay.  ****************** still has possession of our merchandise and if he chooses to stop making his payments per the lease agreement signed by him, he is certainly welcome to return the tire and the rims.

      On October 1st 2022, we (my husband was with me) ordered a set of 20 inch rims. I paid $1300 plus for the remainder balance plus tires and install. I financed $2100 through ************* they suggested. He said they would arrive in a couple weeks. It's now over a month later and I received a call informing me that the rims were not ordered and will not be in and suggested I pick model rims they had in store. When I told them I'm not interested and want my money back, he said he will have to call me back(days later no call) b/c he would have to get his manager help. Meanwhile my account is still being drafted for the remainder balance. Help!!

      We have refunded the consumer her initial $1,300.00 effective today 11/08/22.  We contacted the 3rd party finance company-******* and have requested that she be refunded ALL payments that have been deducted.  We hope that this resolves ********************* complaint and we apologize that Rimtyme was unable to provide her with the rims that she desired.
