    No stars...I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this company. I joined in April, fees were immediately deducted from my account of 265.00 a month for 3 months, during those 3 months I was still contacted by bill collectors and getting phone calls. All I could do is advise them that I'm with an agency that is suppose to be contacting and making arrangements to pay. The money came out every month but they did not do anything but let me credit score drop from 720 to 545 in less than 3 months. This company was not very helpful at all. Then on top of that, I decided to end the agreement with them and hopefully get some of my money back so I could get caught up. All I received back was 9.00 and some change. That's not fair and now I'm having to contact all bill collectors of what happened and request them not to send me to collections all behind this company. Uplift Credit/Global Holdings.

    The review in question was provided by a member of our services at the time it was left, but it had been left in error. It's important to note that the member had experienced issues with an entirely different company, not ours. As soon as Consumer Support Group became aware of her concerns, we promptly took action and addressed them with the relevant organization.
    We were pleased to learn that the member wished she had initially contacted our company first, and she expressed her desire to update the review to reflect her positive experience. In fact, she kindly shared a positive testimonial on our website.
    To rectify this situation, I drafted two separate emails seeking the assistance of the BBB in correcting this review. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we did not receive any response from the BBB. We patiently waited for two full months in the hope that the BBB would allow the review to be amended.
    I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mrs. S********* for her multiple attempts to facilitate this update. We understand the importance of accurate and fair reviews, and our hope is that this particular review will not deter individuals in need of our services from reaching out to us.

    This is an amazing company, and they deserve an A+ rating! They build a rapport with clients, and truly work to help them understand what their options are. This is an excellent customer service skill to have. They are constantly following up with the client to make sure they have all of the resources they need, and that they are never left in the dark. They are also always working to improve their products and services. Id be lost without them!
