      Only one review so far, but it describes exactly what I am experiencing: The representatives are giving me the "run-around", requesting a 4th(!) submission of paperwork by mail for a reimbursement claim, after rejecting the previous ones, and the last one for questionable reasons, and it starts to appear that they want me to give up. Supposedly they are sending out automated rejection letters - I never got one and only found out about rejections after calling them. And they don't keep records of submitted papers, so I had to ask my dentist for more copies with each submission I sent.- This is for a ******** advantage plan with dental coverage. Sad, very sad! No star for this, but apparently you have to give one to submit . . .

      This is a terrible company. I would not get any dental insurance co. that uses Envolve to handle their dental claims. My poor experience was thru Wellcare. They have no electronic means of contacting them or sending correspondence. Everything must go back and forth by snail mail. They delay, deny, give you many hoops to jump thru in attempts to get a claim paid. I'm sure they are very successful at causing people to give up on their claims.
