    This company collected $873 from me as a 25% deposit for a Vehicle Wrap on my van. I waited 5 months for proofs because of the change in ownership in the company and my project got neglected; I did not like any of the proofs they made. They were very unprofessional. So I had to use an outside source to make my proof, which cost me an extra $600. Once I sent the proof to Sign Parrot, they then told me I had to pay over $1000 more for the job to be done after I had the original estimate, an email with the terms in writing and monies were collected! That's a contract! They also told me they were charging me extra for the proofs they had made even though my estimate stated it was included in the price. I requested my deposit to be refunded and they would not refund me! I posted a ****** review about my experience and they replied that Quotes/Estimates are only valid for 90 days BUT that was not stated on the estimate nor did I sign any other document stating so.

    I have started to contact this company in December I ended up paying them a deposit in January so that they can wrap my trailer it is now coming up on March they have my deposit and they have not gotten back to me with any sort of further development on the rap on my trailer they told me to go in and sign a proof which I did and now they're telling me I never signed it then they're telling me that the images are no good which I paid them to retrieve and use those images they cannot get the job done they can't even get the images correct so I would like my money back so that I can go to another vendor I am trying to start my small business and this is really killing me

    **************** commissioned a custom wrap for his trailer. A non-refundable 25% deposit for design was collected on January 24, 2023. **************** supplied no graphics, images, or any other elements which could be utilized in the design of the wrap. **************** requested very specific images that we exhausted every option to find without them being supplied from him and were unable to locate said images. **************** is the first customer of this kind to be unable to supply any images at all of his work for us to use in his design. Upon informing **************** that we would have low-quality print with the only images that we were able to locate on the internet, he requested a full refund. A full refund for the non-refundable deposit was processed on February 21, 2023 and **************** did receive an email receipt of the refund at 2:43 pm EST.
