This business keeps sending me direct mail solicitations via **** mail. I never signed up with this business, and I do not want to receive their ads in the mail. There is another similar complaint on your website for this business, and the business replied that their contact information is on their mailers so that people can opt out. That is not true. Their contact information is neither on their mailers nor on their website. I want my address removed from their mailing list immediately.

Dear BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU:I think the problem is similar to the *** and FCC requiring spammers, solicitors, marketing mailers, etc., by Federal Law, that says opt-out and unsubscribing is mandatory upon business entities sending electronic or direct mail. Triadex Services is a marketing business sending direct mailing on behalf of their clients to solicit business from United States citizens, without the citizens option to opt-out of direct mailing outright, from any Triadex client. Triadex is soliciting my address, with garbage wasteful mail, and to put the icing on the cake, addressed the solicitous mail using my name backwards. It doesnt take a genius to conduct a property search to realize the legal accuracy of my birth given name, and the name I use statewide, federally, and internationally, with domestic and foreign governments. I am requesting that the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU publish my complaint and direct Triadex Services to remove my legal name, my backwards name, any combination of my name, and address(es), from the Triadex database for potential clients to utilize a mailing to citizens. I kindly thank you for the process to address this violation and problem in marketing through this complaint process.Cordially,***** ******** ***** ************************************** Mobile: ************** CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This document & any attachments contains PRIVILEGED & CONFIDENTIAL information & is intended only for the use of the named recipient(s) to which it is addressed. Dear Mr. ******************* you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by receiving our mail piece and appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns.

The mailer you received was part of a carrier route mailing, which is designed to reach all addresses within a specific geographic route. These types of campaigns are not individually personalized and do not rely on detailed consumer profiles. Instead, they are delivered to all households along the selected postal routes using general address data provided by our clients or their data vendors.

Although carrier route mailings are not subject to traditional opt-out systems, we fully respect your preference not to receive future marketing communications. We have added your name and address to our internal Do Not Mail list to help prevent inclusion in any future campaigns managed by Triadex Services.

For broader mail preference control across national advertisers, we recommend registering with *****************, a service offered by the ************************************

We appreciate your feedback and your patience, and we remain committed to respecting consumer privacy. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.

    Sincerely,
    Triadex Services, LLC

I am rejecting & accepting this response because:

One, it is the marketing companies responsibility to fact check a clients general mailer.

Two, I appreciate the opt-out with future endeavors of clients.

Three, the **** is a federal agency, and is subject to federal oversight and accountability, especially accuracy; therefore, the ***** on traditional route mailings from Triadex Services, LLC., will hold, Triadex Services, LLC., accountable for mail fraud, a federal crime, if addressed falsely to legitimate legal owner of address(es).

    Cordially,

I'd like to opt out of this companys mailing list. I get mailers in the mail that are a waste of resources, plus they are rather tacky. I would like to be removed from their database and cease all future marketing from any company that they sell their lists to. Include everyone in the household. NOTE: There is not a place on their website to opt out of their lists/database.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/25/2023

This response was taken verbally by BBB:

Our phone number and email are listed on almost all of our mailings. If consumer wishes to opt-out, all they have to do is call us or email us and we are happy to oblige.

Unfortunately, the customer did not provide their address when filing the BBB complaint. We would be happy to place the customer on our Do Not Mail list as soon as they provide their address.
