We have been using this company for some time now to do dna samples on p*** found around a multi-family property. Over the course of the last 6 months there has been issues with the service they have been providing and can not get a response back via email or phone number. So at this point we are using their service and paying for it but without the advertised results. Would love to be able to get ahold of someone in this company and find out whats going on.

    Business Response

    Hello -

Mr. *** ****, **** provides a business to business service. The name (***************************) identified in the Complaint is that of a consumer and not a business. Similarly, it appears that the email address is a personal email account and not a business account tied to a business domain name. Given that Mr. *** P*** does not provide a direct to consumer service, this Complaint appears to have been directed to the wrong company. The Complaint does mention a multi-family property, but does not include the name of the business, or who ****************** is vis-a-vis the business. That is, does ****************** have the necessary authority to speak on behalf of the business? Or, is this individual a resident concerned about his dog being registered? aving said that, Mr. *** P*** requires that all emails be submitted through the online portal made available to each customer, so that responses can be properly tracked. Messages left in the voicemail box are returned as soon as possible. If ****************** is in fact speaking on behalf of a customer, then the best option would be to log into the online portal at mrdogpoop.com (click on the Client Login link at the top), and submit a new service request with details on the particular issue.

    ***************************, Esq.
