    I made an on-line reservation to board my 2 senior dogs over Christmas. The rate quoted was $87/night and the website said that they provided raised beds in the kennel. My senior dog is not able to get up on that bed so I called to verify that I could bring her blankets to sleep on. While on the phone, the lady said that they did not have the size kennel that I had requested but had 1 for $97/night which I agreed to. I checked them in with 2 blankets and their food in individual, labelled bowls. Upon pick-up, the young man gave me 1/2 of the bowls and no blankets which he said were not in the bin. He also charged me $107/night. I emailed management immediately and received no response for 3 days so I called to speak to a manager. She said that she would try to locate my property and said that they charge a premium on rates over the holidays and that someone should have told me, which they did not. It took another 24 hours of them to find the blankets which I now have to drive back to pick up and made no mention of refunding the additional charge. I understand that Christmas is a busy time but there is no explanation for not responding to a dissatisfied customer email. I do not know if my 13 year old dog ever had her blanket or slept on a cold floor! I do not recommend Bay Paws.
