    We recently had work done by Airtight Systems and are very happy with the results. ***** came to do the **************** made recommendations on what would impact us the most. The bid was fair and the work got done QUICKLY and with minimal interruption to us. I definitely recommend them if you need any duct work redone.

    Airtight was scheduled to arrive between 2-4pm. I arranged to leave work early in order to be home. At 4:30pm when no one called or showed, I called them and spoke with Mike. Turns out, their technicians finished their other jobs early and decided to completely disregard our scheduled window. They arrived at 10:30am the camera shows and then left, because no one was home of course. Mike did not seem to understand what was wrong with this. He completely ignored my concern and couldn't bring himself to acknowledge their mistake. This program was promoted by TECO as an energy savings promotion for qualifying customers. It was advertised during a community HOA meeting. *FOLLOW UP* After this mishap we were able to reschedule for the following day 10a-12p. Then almost immediately, a representative from Airtight started texting me. This is where it gets bizarre (screenshots available). This individual told me to "not count on" them coming unless I "leave them a good review on Yelp" first. Seriously?
