      Very disappointed!!! Rip off !! First, They overcharged **** on an active pure technology UV light as compared to another AC company that had the exact same same brand. When I showed them the pricing, they did compensate a little bit, but it was still more expensive because it was after the fact. I paid to have the ducks cleaned as well. Just a couple days later one of the rooms smelled musty and dusty, and did not have that smell before. I asked for somebody to come out, and instead of just including that as one would commonly expect, they charged me $190. I also pre-paid for a biannual service fee that doesnt start until April of this year but they counted that as a service call which is ridiculous. On top of that I also had a maintenance plan on my water softener. after the first checking of the water softener within a month or so, I noticed that the water was salty and not recycling properly which I had never had that problem in the past. The lady came out out for two minutes to just fix the timer on it and they charge me a service call and a few days later I was having the same problem with the water recycling during early in the day versus in the evening. Im having to buy bottled water now which I never did when I was getting service from the manufacturer. I was quite upset about it and they still wont fix it.
