    I entered into contract for $4,000 USD with DogConnectors and Pet Creator Academy on January 9, 2023 so Pet Creator Academy may use its knowledge and resources to get new pet brand clients to my business and scale drive awareness, customers and ROI for myself and my products. In the agreement, they stated "Pet Creator Academy Agrees to give a full refund to the client if they do not receive at least 1 paid brand deal opportunity in 90 days. A brand deal opportunity is defined by a brand offering to compensate the client both monetarily in USD and in free a pet product. ?If the client is provided a brand deal opportunity and fails to accept or provide a video within 14 days of product being received at their doorstep. The client will not be eligible for a refund. There is no refund opportunity once the client gets access to the program unless the client does not receive at least 1 paid brand deal opportunity in 90 days." On the 90th day, I requested a refund since I had not received any paid, brand ****************** and was told no. Since then I have been attempting to receive my refund via the operators of Pet Creator Academy but I either get ignored or told that I was offered an opportunity and do not qualify for a refund which is false. I have not received any investment back from this company for my $4000 ************** and feel as if they are scamming individuals who are looking to better their financial situation via building a social media business. They have exiled me from the program since asking for a refund and I have not been provided the same opportunity as other investors.

    At DogConnectors, we have collaborated with over 100+ ********** since our establishment in 2018. Working primarily in the online space, we understand the importance of being efficient and proactive in marketing. If we were to remain inactive and slow in reaching out to pet brands, we wouldn't be able to generate business effectively.
    Regarding our agreement, as mentioned by *****, we offer a guarantee to our customers. The Guarantee states that "Pet Creator Academy Agrees to provide a full refund to the client if they do not receive at least 1 paid brand deal opportunity within 90 days."
    A brand deal opportunity refers to a brand offering compensation to the client in the form of both monetary value in USD and free pet products.
    However, it's important to note that if the client is provided with a brand deal opportunity and fails to accept or provide a video within 14 days of receiving the product, they would not be eligible for a refund.
    Once the client gains access to the program, there is no refund opportunity unless they do not receive at least 1 paid brand deal opportunity within 90 days.
    In this particular case, the customer had completed more than 25% of the course but realized that the intellectual property they purchased was not suitable for their needs. We made sincere efforts to support them, including providing program checkpoints, follow-**** and weekly coaching calls, but they did not fully utilize these resources.
    We offer our creators the opportunity to apply to our placement program with DogConnectors clients, who are pet brands generating significant revenue ranging from 7 to 9 figures annually. These clients invest hundreds of thousands of dollars each month in advertising on platforms like ******** and Instagram, and as a result, we constantly require numerous creative individuals to meet their needs.
    We gave this customer an opportunity to work with a prominent pet brand under our umbrella, along with access to all the intellectual property and weekly coaching calls as promised. However, the customer failed to respond within a reasonable timeframe. We reached out to them during a standard business day but did not receive a response for over 24 hours.
    As is customary in proficient creative agencies, a turnaround time of less than 4 hours is expected.
    To summarize, we provided ***** with all the necessary resources, including intellectual property and access to weekly coaching calls. We also presented her with an opportunity to collaborate with a major pet brand, as defined earlier as "A brand offering to compensate the client both monetarily in USD and in free pet products."
