    CDR Resource Center failed to provide me with education material / study guide after paying for the material. NO assistance was provided by the company.

    ********************* took our online course from April 24, 2023 completing the entire course on May 11, 2023.  See attached Certificate of Completion.  The course cost was $375.00.  ***** called CDR Resource Center on Friday November 17th.  I called him back personally no more than 5 minutes after he left a message.  He said that he was taking his exam later on in the day and wanted access to the online materials so he could study. Note this request is 6 months after he completed our online course.    I went into the system and granted him access to the educational materials which our system saves for students after they finish the course.  It is really intended for students for the week or two between taking our course and taking the State exam.  This was again 6 months later.  We even purchased a bound book for him so it would make it easier for him to study. In an attempt to make him happy. He called back a few hours later complaining that the materials we provided were not the materials he wanted.  He was demanding the proprietary Study materials from the website and not the downloadable educational materials.  It is clear from the site when the students study that the proprietary materials are only available while they take the course and not after the course is done.  The only materials they can get later is the educational materials.  He did not want to hear that and wanted the proprietary materials telling us that the information we are offering him was useless and that he paid $375 for nothing.

    Well he went through the entire online course, was able during the course (6 months ago) to print the educational materials and study the online proprietary materials.  He passed all 15 modules of out test and took our online final exam and now 6 months later he is asking us for online access again.  I explained to him that access to the course is not lifetime.  He took the course and had all the access at the time.  I will give him a book and the educational materials but the course is over.  Despite that he was not happy, so I told him I would provide him a full refund but he was still very angry.  He filed this compliant on  Monday, Nov 20, 2023.  We have not even had time to process his refund between Friday afternoon and Monday morning.

    Our small business takes pride in the customer ********************** we provide personally to each and every student.  We answered 2 calls from ************** and did everything we could do to immediately help him but, could not make him happy as all he wanted was materials we do not provide to any student, post test.  It is clear from the website instructions on every page that this proprietary materials are not printable and only available during the course.  

    Complaints such as this are harmful to our business when they have no reason to be made.  He took our whole course and was told he would receive a refund nonetheless and still filed this compliant.  We welcome constructive criticism but ask the everyone be fair.  We are very sorry we could not make ************** happy with our service.  If it was not that ************** called us only a few hours before his State exam would could have also provided him with the ability to take the modules tests over again at no additional charge but unfortunately he did not have time to take the course again and therefore a refund was all we could do.  

    We are not sure what else we can possibly do to satisfy this customer as we have nothing else to offer that we have not already provided him.
