    I purchased a Defiant bike for my husband through Jupiter website and purchased one for myself through ****** Next. We had a week-long vacation planned a few weeks later and intended to bring the bikes for some exploring! There was a delay with my bike due to the company believing it was fraudulent since I ordered two in one day at different times, however, once I called to inquire about the holdup, it was shipped out immediately. My husband received his bike and put it together quickly with no issues aside from not being able to turn the headlight on, however, turns out the user manual for his LCD display was not the correct one (as explained to us by the Jupiter representative who quickly explained how to operate it). My bike arrived 2 days before our trip and the front fork was bent, so we were unable to attach the front wheel. I contacted Jupiter that night via email on the same email thread I used to inquire about my shipping delay (I included pictures of the bent fork) and heard back from the same representative early the next morning. ***************************** (with Jupiter ******************* informed me via email the next morning he reviewed the pictures and had already sent a brand new front fork out overnight via ***** and assured us it would be delivered the next day, and it was! My husband was able to replace the fork and a few hours later we are on the road for our trip! We are very impressed and happy with the great communication and customer service we have received thus far! Special thanks to *************************** with Jupiter, great communication skills and awesome work ethic!
