      I signed a contract with KForce to start a job. Start Date of September 27, 2024. I was contacted by (****** ******, Talent Director, Finance & Healthcare Vertical O: ************) the day I was supposed to start to inform me that I could NOT start the contract due to something with my background check and that I would need to talk to the *********** I asked for legal's phone # and they just gave me the corporate office # and no one could give me the phone # or a name to contact. I need to get answers on what was wrong with my background check to not be able to start the role. I called back to ask ****** his managers name, so I could get the contact info for Legal (and also emailed him) And ****** never called me back or emailed me with his manager's contact information There was also an On-boarding Specialist involved named ******* Story (O:************, **************************************** ************************************ I tried to contact her as well and she would not return my phone calls or emails. I need an Office Manager or some one from KForce ********** to call me back to explain what it was on my background report that caused me to not be able to start the contract. The corporate phone # for K-Force is ************ or ************. I dialed extension 4 for *************** and a man named **** said all he could do was to put in a trouble ticket for me. I have called there several time and there is still no resolution to this issue and NO ONE from KForce will call me back to explain. There were 2 incident #'s filed: Incident# ******* and Incident# *******. Please have someone contract me at ************ or *********************** and to leave the name and contact info I need to contact on my voicemail or email, in case I miss the call. I have been inquiring about this since September 27 so it has been 2 weeks and no one has reached out to me. I would like to know answers. Please assist. Thanks!
