      AKA Epoxy EZ owner ******* ****** I paid him recently ***** to epoxy and poly topcoat my garage floor. He sent someone but the quality of the work is terrible. I had a 10-year warranty, but he won't fix it. He blocked me on ******** and won't answer my calls. He sent me one e mail that was very rude. I want my money back at this point. So many complaints about him and his "many" company names. I believe he is in ************* but not certain of his address. I have screen shots I can e mail or text showing what he was going to do, the cost and warranty. It's pretty basic though.

      I requested a job for my garage and got the warranty. After a year and a half I receive the service, the floor started to peel and it should be covered by warranty. See agreement attached.

      In December 2022 I purchased a new home. I hired EZ Epoxy to Epoxy my garage while it was empty before I moved in. Upon the completion of the job I was not completely satisfied with the work and spoke with a man that stated that he was the owner that identified himself as *******. His number can be furnished upon request. He told me that he would come and look at it but never did.A couple of months later I observed that the floors were peeling and it looked horrible. I attempted to contact ******* to no avail. I contacted the business via ******** and was in communication with a someone who identified herself as ******** that asked me to send pictures of the floor. The agent told me that someone would come back to my house to fix the problem. This correspondence went on for months. The last time I communicated with this person I was told that I had to wait until January to get on the schedule for someone to come and fix the problem. Then I was blocked on ******** and have no other line of communication and ******* still does not answer the telephone or respond to text messages.

      The transaction was on June 20, 2023 in the amount of $400 dollars. This price was supposed the installing of epoxy for my 2 car garage floor to include materials, flakes, top coat, labor, 5 years warranty. I began to have issues days after they did the work, I contacted them sent them pictures and videos and then they ignored my texts and calls. I was promised 5 year warranty and they haven't complied with fixing the issues. They have not resolved the problem. Advertisement was on *********

      On June 30, 2023 I hired this company to install epoxy in my lanai, garage and backyard patios. I paid extra to have the cracks fixed. The cracks are not fixed and the epoxy is cracked. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I have reached out to the business several times and they will not respond.I can take more photos if needed.

      I hired the company Denaro United LLC to do a garage epoxy at my house on March 4th 2023, but the company did not fulfill what was promised in the contract. Poor quality service, poor finishing, in addition to not complying with the stages of the process for which they were paid. The service given by the company after completion when I got in touch to inform the person in charge of the terrible work done was a complete disservice. I removed all my belongings from the garage that were exposed for 6 days on the balcony waiting for a solution and nothing was done. After 6 long days of complaining, they started to ignore me and stopped answering my messages. They promised day after day to resolve and nothing was done. I asked for my money back but they tricked me saying that the warranty department was being contacted. I left some reviews and they were all deleted and I was blocked on the company's social networks. The payment ($321) of the agreed amount was made and the person in charge was notified as soon as the service was "completed", even with my dissatisfaction. The responsible assured me that he would send another employee, and promised that I would be satisfied. I didn't get my money back or repair. I feel aggrieved.

      January 2023 - business agreed to install a quality epoxy floor in the garage. The quality is not what was advertised. Flakes swept right off the floor. Sent video to business. No response.

      Not at advertised. No epoxy at all. They used paint and and flakes. No top coating. Does not respond to messages. Complete scam.

      I paid *************************** (Manager of this company) $199.00 as down payment for him to do Epoxy painting on my garage floor to be done Oct. 4th, 2022. He never showed up to do the work. I tried to reschedule twice and he never showed up. He never even gave me a number where to call. Communication was always thru Cash app or email. He texted me from unknown number they never answered. I researched this guy and there have been many complaints about his work and same communication issues. I requested a refund and he refused. I asked my bank to help get my money back but he provided a copy of me agreeing to pay for the deposit. I did agree to pay but the deposit was for work he was suppose to deliver and he never even started. This guy is a scam. Please help me get a refund as I don't trust him coming to do a good job at this point.

      I had a job done on November 15,2022 for $280. The job window was from 7am-7pm. The worker arrived around 4-5pm just a little before sun starts to set. That night it rained and the paint and epoxy came off on a lot of the concrete pad. I have asked multiple times to have this job fixed and I either get no response or they say I will get back to you. At this point I want the job fixed and finished so I can put my stuff back. Or I want a partial or full refund. We are going now on almost 3 weeks since the job was done. He said I had a 5 year warranty and makes it almost impossible to get this job fixed. The owner ******* has blocked me on ******** and has not answered my texts. Just a warning to others DO NOT USE this company even though they are affordable.
